How it works

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Advice

In the first step, we have a conversation to determine which variant of our system best suits you and your location.
Our system is flexible: you can freely combine all components. However, the basic setup always includes the buttons and a tablet.

In the next step, you decide how you want to present the buttons to your guests:

  • Option 1: Choose a design from our existing selection of table stands.
  • Option 2: Do you have your own idea? We’ll create a custom table stand using our 3D printer.
  • Option 3: Simply attach the buttons to an existing setup, such as a table lamp or cutlery holder.

Once you’ve made your decision, you can order your system from us and sign a contract. There are no hidden costs:

  • Cost: The subscription costs €99 per month (plus a one-time hardware fee).
  • Flexibility: Your subscription can be canceled at any time. However, please note that an active subscription is required to operate the system. The flexible duration allows you to use the system seasonally, for example. It also helps you bridge staffing shortages (e.g., during COVID-19) and provides maximum flexibility.

We take care of the entire system configuration and ship it directly to you.

  • Configuration: Based on your input, we create a digital map of your restaurant for the app, link the buttons to your tables, and connect the hubs to your Wi-Fi.
  • Delivery: Your system is conveniently shipped to you. Simply unpack it and have it running within minutes.
 

After Delivery: Additional Services

  • Battery Service: We monitor the battery status of your buttons. If the batteries run low, we send you replacements free of charge. The batteries typically last over a year, even with frequent use.
  • Updates: We continuously improve our app! Regular updates provide new features for your system.
  • Features: Need a custom function? Let us know! Your feedback helps us improve.
  • Support: If anything isn’t working, you can call us or contact us via WhatsApp or email – we’ll assist you quickly and hassle-free!

The Components of ButtonQuail

On your tablet, our app runs in kiosk mode, giving you access to all features. The interface is intuitive, simple, and user-friendly.

Our table stands are designed to be highly visible on your table while securely holding the buttons.

  • Battery Replacement: A matching key allows you to open the bottom of the stand to replace the batteries.
  • Custom Designs: Want personalized table stands? We support you in the design process and create them with our 3D printer.
  • Integration: Alternatively, the buttons can be integrated into existing systems, such as table lamps, or simply attached with adhesive.

On smartwatches, you can receive and acknowledge service requests directly.
You can also receive and confirm service requests on smartphones.
hub
The hubs are small routers that are constantly connected to the buttons. The system also works offline and does not require an internet connection.
